NASA TV
Nobody ever said it's cool, but I've discovered NASA TV at www.nasa.gov.
I found it when I was trying not to think about oral diseases, and got hooked on it during the last spacewalk. It's pretty cool because they have helmet cameras so you can see exactly what the astronauts are doing.

It's also on TVU networks... usually. It's about as dry as CSPAN... without the British Parliament... which makes for REALLY dry tv.
You've got to time NASA tv for the spacewalks. Otherwise, you're just watching a wall, or control room.
