Little blue painted lines
Lately, I've noticed thin lines of blue spraypaint on the roads--especially on James Island and Sullivan's Island. What gives? (click the picture for a bigger image)

Strike that last post. The picture didn't post on my work computer.
Maybe a marathon route?
There's nothing wrong with your work computer... I added the picture after I visited Ft. Lamar this afternoon.
That's a race line. They use it for marathons and various races like 10k races and such. At least, that's my guess.
Maybe if you follow it, it will lead you to a pot of gold... or knowing Charleston... maybe just pot.
a race is what I was thinking too, but that would have to be one long race--at least 22 miles.
